  1. Try to adjust to the new changes. To illustrate, I went to a new school this year, and I had to adjust to the changes which were that I had to go from classroom to classroom as fast as I could, instead of staying in a classroom for all those years.

  1. Try not to be repetitive of your personality as you were back then. For example, when I was in elementary school, I was shy and quiet. Now, I am in middle school and I am outgoing.

  1. Try to strive for new opportunities in this new environment. For example, I had some opportunities back in elementary school, but now, I have many new opportunities such as extracurricular activities and clubs.

  1. Try to create new experiences. For instance, back in elementary school, I was a pawn in the outgoing community, but now, I have the opportunity to be a captain and a leader in this community.

  1. Try to branch out and create new friendships. For instance, back then, I was shy and I was more of an introvert, but now, I feel more open and am getting to know more about other people.
